PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING
The North Hampton Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public meeting
Wednesday, May 20, 1998
at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall to discuss the following:
Case 98:30 Arthur and Ann Lambert, for property located at 29 Post Road, Tax Map 8, Lot 4, in the R-1 Residentially zoned district, requests a variance to Article V Section 501.2 and Article IV, Section 406 and asks that said terms be waived to permit the expansion of an existing non-conforming house located within the required setbacks. The expansion will encroach into the required setback of 25 feet by 15 feet.
Case 98:31 Black Marble Realty Trust, for property located at Lafayette Road, known as the Harley Davidson Dealership, Tax Map 17, Lot 110, located in the Industrial Zone district, requests a variance to Article IV, Section 406 and asks that said terms be waived to permit the erection of a structure of a structure 30 feet from the northern property line.
Case 98:32 David Doskocil, 370 West Road, Rye, appeals the Planning Board decision to approve the subdivision know as "Mill Road Subdivision", developer Turner Porter, and it's failure to exercise it's privileges and fulfil it's duty to promote the health, safety and welfare of our community as defined in Article I, Article IV Section 414 and 414.4, and section 409.9 and 409.10 of the North Hampton Zoning Ordinance.
